  Wanted to "Shout Out" this great team and remarkable product!!! McGrady Predue worked on a very tight deadline, fully installing my 22KW Guardian Generator ahead of schedule to include installation of the LP Gas Tank, running the lines, and fully installing my system in under 3 days ! They completed this project ahead of the 10 yr. extended warranty deadline and before several pending storms. You can trust them and their products to proved more than advertised!! They are a team of experts, thoroughly knowledgable, easy to work with, and fully committed to excellence and customer satisfication. We know they will stand by their product and Generac is a very dependable and reliable system. We are located in a remote location that sufferes from routine power outages....NO MORE!! My Generac removes this headach and brings security to our home. Thank you McGrady-Perdue!!!!!

  Had them replace my AC and furnace. Brandon did a fantastic job explaining the various options and did not push any particular one. Worked with my schedule for install. Install guys were professional and polite. Brandon came back a week later to see if any issues or questions. He pointed out a couple of minor things he didn't like and had the crew come back and fix. All in all, an excellent experience!
