  The matress is a perfect item and the customer service was friendly. We had an issue with the size of the foundation unfortunately, we weren't told the sizes available and we got a big one by default, the bed ended up being too tall and we called about a possibility of return. We were told the purchase was final and that we had to purchase a thinner foundation if we wanted it. It would be nice if we were told the sizes availables before the purchase!

  We paid $3,000 for a bed. A little over a year later the mattress has sunken in a substantial amount where I sleep and a huge hump has developed in the middle. We go through the warranty process, the inspector approves it, but the manager won't honor it because he says it is slightly discolored in one spot. I was going to buy another bed after they honored this my warranty, but I guess I'll do my homework on other stores before I buy this one. I highly do NOT recommend this store.
